At LucaskIglesias.com I use stripe for payments, you have various options, ranging from cards like VISA, VISA ELECTRON, Mastercard and PayPal. Once you've placed your order, I'll send you a personal email confirmation. No money will be deducted from your account until your order is on its way from my side. I take the security of your information seriously, so you can trust that your card details are securely encrypted throughout the transaction.

Delivery and Shipping

I aim to dispatch orders every week so you won't have to wait too long. Delivery times are clearly stated so you'll know exactly when to expect your package. Delivery prices are displayed at checkout, and I collaborate with reliable shipping companies like DHL and GLS to ensure that your artwork reaches you safely.

Returns

Return policy with a 14-day return period. When returning an artwork, please ensure to pack it securely in the original packaging. It's important that the product is returned in the same condition as you received it, and you are responsible for the return costs.

Right to cancel your order

You have 14 days to cancel your order, and it's important that you notify me of your decision via email. You are responsible for the return costs, and remember that the artwork must be returned in the same condition as you received it.
